Single Sport Specialist?

It doesn’t matter! You can just swim, just run or just cycle. Barb is qualified in all disciplines.


If you decide to branch out into a second (or even a third) sport, we’ll be there for you.

I’m Not Good Enough.

The level of the program is aimed at enthusiastic beginners and those with more experience. As long as you can swim 100m without stopping, can ride a bike to the shops or run for the bus, you’re good enough to train with us. After a few sessions you will surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

But I Want To Go Further.

So you have the bug and now want to compete in longer races such as Ironman? No problem! Speak to Barb about a program.

I Can’t Make It To Squad Sessions.

That’s easy! Individualised, written programs are available. You can train at a time and place that suits you while retaining the ability to train with the squad if your circumstances change.

Your coach is Barb Augustin, Level 2 Triathlon Coach, Level 3 Middle and Long Distance Running Coach, Bronze Licence Swim Coach, CycleSkills Cycling Coach and Crank! Instructor.


Our triathletes range from beginners to Age Group World Championship contenders in distances from Sprint to Ironman. Runners in the squad race over distances from 400m to the Marathon; swimmers compete in open water races such as the Lorne Pier-to-Pub.
