Olympic and Ironman HP

The major difference between an Olympic or Iron(Wo)man program and an Olympic HP or Iron(Wo)man HP program is an increase in volume and number of workouts. Intensity remains basically the same as for the Olympic and Iron(Wo)man squads.

It is strongly recommended Olympic and Ironman athletes do the Monday run technique/ speed workout.
