Running Squad
As a former Olympic runner and Head Coach running is obviously Tony's speciality. He has taken school kids and club athletes to international level, improved the running of below average triathletes to the point running became a strength, turned averge triathletes such as Ann Martin and Sean Foster into age group leaders and assisted/coached elite athletes such as Emma Carney, Miles Stewart and Bryce Quirk. In addition pentathletes have been guided to international representation and an AFL footballer assisted to a fitness level sufficient to win the Brownlow Medal and the Norm Smith medal in the same year.
The running program has two major components. They are Track running and Road running but the sessions can be used interchangeably.
